Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use if you had an allergic reaction to medication or its components.
2.Use this medication cautiously in patients with liver disease and in patients with renal impairment. Dose adjustments is necessary.
3.Use with caution in concomitant use with Gemfibrozil (lipid-lowering drug) because it may result in increased plasma concentrations of Repaglinide.

This medication may cause low blood sugar. If the symptoms of low blood sugar occur such as fainting, sweating, nausea, headache, hands tremor, palpitation, you should eat food, candy or sweet drink immediately.
