  Contraindications and precautions

1.This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of clinically significant hypersensitivity to Paracetamol or to any of the excipients.

2.Use this medication cautiously together with other products that contain Paracetamol such as cold medicine, antitussive agent, or analgesic because it may result in drug overdose.

3.Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages while taking this drug.

4.Consult the physicians or pharmacists prior to taking this drug if you have alcohol abuse or addiction, kidney or liver disease because it is easier to get harmful.   Click to listen highlighted text!   Recommendations of drug use

1.The pediatric dosage should not exceed 15 mg/kg/dose and lesser of 1000 mg/dose. The maximum total daily adult dosage is 4000 mg/day.

2.If fever dose not improve within 3 days, or pain dose not improve within 5 days in children, or fever dose not improve within 10 days in adults, seek medical advice.   Click to listen highlighted text! 1.If the symptoms of suspected hypersensitivity reactions occur (such as swelling in the face, eyelids, lips, urticaria, erythematous rash),

you should discontinue the medication and seek medical advice immediately.

2.If it is necessary to take this medication continuously and you develop stomachache, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, yellowing of the skin and the eyes, dark coloured urine,

you must discontinue the medication and seek medical advice immediately.

3.If you take Paracetamol more than directed by your doctor or the instructions on the label, it could result in hepatitis and may lead to hepatic failure especially in patients who had previously liver disease.   Click to listen highlighted text!
