Each tablet contains:
Vitamin A 5,000 IU, Vitamin D 400 IU, Vitamin E 10 IU, Vitamin C 75 mg, Vitamin B1 2 mg, Vitamin B2 3 mg, Vitamin B6 2.5 mg, Vitamin B12 3 mcg, Nicotinamide 20 mg, Folic acid 1 mg, Ferrous Fumarate 200 mg, Calcium Lactate 250 mg, Iodine (as K Iodate) 0.2 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate) 20 mg
