Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use if you had an allergic reaction to medication or its components.
2.Do not use in patient with impaired renal function stage 4. (glomerular filtration rate < 30 mL/minute/1.73 m2)
3. Dose adjustments is necessary in patient with liver disease and patient with renal impairment.
