Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use in the patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
2.Do not use in the patients with severe hepatic impairment.
3.No adequate data. Do not use in a child younger than 2 years old.
4.Do not use this medication together with antifungal drugs, antituberculosis agents, some antibiotics, antimigraine drug: Ergotamine, St. John's wort. Click to listen highlighted text! Adverse Reactions
- This medication may cause rash, insomnia, weakness, mild to moderate diarrhea, pancreatitis.
- This medication may cause lipodystrophy, increase in breast size, fat accumulation in the dorsocervical region (Buffalo Hump).
