Using the inhaler properly is important when you have asthma or COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).

2.Breathe out as far as is comfortable. Do not breathe into the inhaler.

3.Hold the inhaler in one of these two ways.

3.1 Place the mouthpiece in your mouth between your teeth and close your lips around it.

- Tilt your head back slightly.

- Start to breathe in slowly through mouth and at the same time press down firmly on the top of the inhaler while still breathing in steadily and deeply.

- Take the inhaler from your mouth while holding your breath.

- Hold your breath for about 10 seconds.
