Indications
1.Relieve sore throat.

Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use if you had an allergic reaction to Andrographis paniculata.
2.Do not use this medication in known or suspected to be pregnant and lactating women as it may cause abnormalities in the baby.
3.Use this medication cautiously in patients with underlying disease such as liver disease, kidney disease. If you need use it, it should be taken under supervision of the physician.
4.Use this medication cautiously with anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents such as: Warfarin, Aspirin, Clopidogrel because it may cause synergism.
5.It should not be used with other antiviral drugs.
6.Use this medication cautiously with antihypertensive drugs because it may increase antihypertensive effect.
7.Beware of concomitant use with other drugs because it may result in drug-drug interactions. You should take counsel with physicians or pharmacists before using the medication.
8.Beware of prolonged use because it may lead to numbness or weakness in the arms and legs. Click to listen highlighted text! 2.The recommended dose for mild COVID-19: It is recommended to get Andrographolides 180 mg per day. For this medication, take 3 capsules before meals 3 times a day for 5 consecutive days, or as directed by the physician.
3.The recommended dose for the symptoms of common cold such as sore throat, muscle pain: Generally in adults, it is recommended to get Andrographolides 60 mg per day. For this medication, take 1 capsule 3 times a day for not more than 5 days.
4.If you don't get better approximately 3 days after using the medication or you get worse, it is recommended to stop using it and seek medical advice immediately. Click to listen highlighted text!
