Indications
- Treatment of skeletal muscle spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis.
- Treatment of spasticity of spinal or cerebral origin.

Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use in the patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
2.Use this medication cautiously in pregnant women and lactating women as safety data are not established.
3.Use this medication cautiously in patients with peptic ulcers because this medication may result in increased gastric acid secretion.
4.Use this medication cautiously in patients with diabetes, psychotic disorders, renal impairment, children and elderly.
5.There are many drugs that may interact with Baclofen such as: anti-anxiety medications, anti-Parkinson's medications. You should take counsel with physicians or pharmacists. Adverse Reactions
- If the symptoms of suspected hypersensitivity reactions occur such as: urticaria, erythematous rash, swelling in the face, eyelids, lips, dyspnea,
the medication should be discontinued and seek medical advice immediately.
- This medication may cause seizures, confusion, muscle weakness, trouble breathing, fainting, severe fatigue. If you develop these symptoms, you should take counsel with your physician or pharmacist immediately.
- This medication may cause other side effects such as: constipation, nausea, vomiting, headache, insomnia, somnolence, sleeping during the day, fatigue, dizziness, confusional state, depression, agitation, hallucination, disorder of vision, hyperglycemia, hypotension.
